Annie Mladinich, Advisor
I am Annie Mladinich, the proud advisor of The Monarch Times at Mt. Eden High School in Hayward, California. I have been a teacher for 26 years and being the advisor for the newspaper is a highlight of my career. As a social science teacher, I know the importance of a robust press to ensure democracy. I am a Bay Area native. My partner Mark is also in education, and we have two kids. I have two dogs and love to craft, hike, listen to music and read!
